What will you do?

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in achieving our mission. You’ll use your technical expertise to ensure businesses stay future-proof. Here’s what you can expect from your role at Netants:

Software development and maintenance

Build and optimize advanced applications using PHP, TypeScript, Angular, and Laravel.

Architecture and innovation

Create smart, future-ready solutions that enhance business processes.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing

Work closely with your team and share knowledge to reach the highest standards together.

Keep learning

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and apply them in practice. You’ll work in bi-weekly sprints, focusing on growth and progress.

Example of your workweek?

  • Monday: Sprint retrospective and dedicated development work.

  • Tuesday: Frontend and backend development, plus time for personal growth.

  • Wednesday: Code reviews and deep dives into challenging projects.

  • Thursday: Develop new features, fine-tune solutions, and give demos.

  • Friday: Sprint handover day in the office with team reviews, planning, and finishing the week with drinks.

What we’re looking for

You’re more than just a developer. You’re an innovator, a team player, and a problem solver who approaches every challenge with enthusiasm. Here’s what we expect from you:

  • At least 5 years of experience with PHP, TypeScript, Angular, Laravel, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with API development.

  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.

  • Strong analytical and creative skills for designing technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex ideas.

  • A growth mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and improve together.

  • Bonus points:  Experience with Flutter and mobile app development.
